Com dura\u00e7\u00e3o de seis meses, a opera\u00e7\u00e3o, em parceria com a Melnick, funcionar\u00e1 no empreendimento High Garden Rio Branco, cujo apartamento decorado foi transformado em restaurante, com uma atmosfera de lar. Sucesso nos anos anteriores, a edi\u00e7\u00e3o de 2024 se apresenta ao p\u00fablico como uma experimenta\u00e7\u00e3o gastron\u00f4mica que transcende o ordin\u00e1rio, sendo um destino para quem busca uma jornada culin\u00e1ria \u00fanica. Um ambiente onde a excel\u00eancia e a inova\u00e7\u00e3o se encontram para celebrar a identidade local.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">O <strong>ACASA 2024<\/strong> emerge num ambiente que \u00e9 um ref\u00fagio urbano, onde a natureza se faz presente e a contempla\u00e7\u00e3o da cidade se torna parte dessa viv\u00eancia. Com sabores que remetem \u00e0s ra\u00edzes de Porto Alegre, o restaurante convida seus visitantes para menus degusta\u00e7\u00e3o exclusivos e interativos, servido em mesas coletivas que promovem a intera\u00e7\u00e3o e a singularidade da experi\u00eancia. A atmosfera inclui ainda envolvente sele\u00e7\u00e3o musical e \u00e1rea dedicada aos apreciadores da enocultura. A carta de vinhos e espumantes e o servi\u00e7o t\u00eam curadoria da Volupta com participa\u00e7\u00e3o da Terrunyo.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Limitado a 25 lugares por noite, o espa\u00e7o oferece atendimento <em>premium, <\/em>onde cada detalhe, desde a cozinha at\u00e9 a lou\u00e7a in\u00e9dita, \u00e9 pensado para encantar. Na arte dos sabores, a magia \u00e9 conduzida pelos renomados chefs Felipe Di Sicca e Raphael Dittrich, cujas ra\u00edzes se entrela\u00e7am com o projeto Ostara, da Monte Astral Vin\u00edcola, na Serra Ga\u00facha. A dupla traz uma rica bagagem adquirida nos mais prestigiados restaurantes do Sul do Pa\u00eds, combinando a ess\u00eancia da gastronomia ga\u00facha com t\u00e9cnicas contempor\u00e2neas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">No local, ser\u00e3o servidos tr\u00eas tipos de card\u00e1pio.
