Sem contar o aroma do churrasco, que ir\u00e1 acariciar os sentidos.<\/p>\n<p class=\"x_x_x_MsoNoSpacing x_x_x_ContentPasted0\">\u201cO Rancho se encher\u00e1 de hist\u00f3rias, interven\u00e7\u00f5es art\u00edsticas e muita m\u00fasica numa rica homenagem \u00e0 cultura da nossa fronteira seca\u201d, adianta Costaguta.<\/p>\n<p class=\"x_x_x_MsoNoSpacing x_x_x_ContentPasted0\">Mas, antes de qualquer coisa, o Almas del Fuego pede licen\u00e7a para revelar a sua ess\u00eancia. Entre os segredos do projeto concebido em 2017, uma promessa: a sustentabilidade.<\/p>\n<p class=\"x_x_x_MsoNoSpacing x_x_x_ContentPasted0\">\u201cAqui n\u00e3o existe espa\u00e7o para o desperd\u00edcio e a diversidade \u00e9 mais do almejada. \u00c9 ingrediente especial, \u00e9 garantia plena.<span class=\"x_x_x_ContentPasted0\">\u00a0 <\/span>O Almas del Fuego \u00e9 um chamado a todos que amam a tradi\u00e7\u00e3o, que se emocionam com o crepitar do fogo, com a m\u00fasica que embala nossos cora\u00e7\u00f5es e que respeitam a natureza\u201d, complementa o mestre parrillero.<\/p>\n<p class=\"x_x_x_MsoNormal x_x_x_ContentPasted0\">E mais, o Almas del Fuego n\u00e3o \u00e9 open food. \u00c9 consumo consciente. A filosofia do projeto busca evitar ao m\u00e1ximo o desperd\u00edcio na cadeia produtiva dos alimentos, em especial da carne, um elo precioso entre o campo e o urbano que merece respeito. Por isso, o evento se dar\u00e1 atrav\u00e9s da distribui\u00e7\u00e3o de tickets, 9 no total, sendo 2 tickets de sobremesas t\u00edpicas. E para a garotada, um menu especial com arroz, feij\u00e3o e carne, al\u00e9m de sucos e \u00e1guas.<\/p>\n<p class=\"x_x_x_MsoNormal x_x_x_ContentPasted0\">\u201cQueremos que as pessoas degustem sem pressa o sabor dos alimentos preparados na brasa, fazendo com que a tradi\u00e7\u00e3o encontre com a modernidade e a chama ancestral se misture com os sabores aut\u00eanticos\u201d.<\/p>\n<p class=\"x_x_x_MsoNoSpacing\"><b class=\"x_x_x_ContentPasted0\">Doble Chapa \u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"x_x_x_MsoNoSpacing x_x_x_ContentPasted0\">Nascido na Fronteira Seca entre o Brasil e o Uruguai, esse ga\u00facho doble chapa de Santana do Livramento radicado em Porto Alegre e idealizador de in\u00fameros projetos, entre eles a web s\u00e9rie Desbravando, o espa\u00e7o multicultural Rancho Tabacaray, o projeto anual Piquete El Topador, o est\u00fadio de grava\u00e7\u00e3o e espa\u00e7o de eventos Ref\u00fagio do El Topador, o programa televisivo Na Beira do Fogo e o bate-papo musical Buenas Hermanos, tem propagado a qualidade e o respeito pela cadeia da carne por onde passa.<\/p>\n<p class=\"x_x_x_MsoNoSpacing x_x_x_ContentPasted0\">\u201cQue Porto Alegre se encante com esse festival.
